I'm back.
New mental processes. New assignment. New uniform. Same ship. Different motives. ;)
Spent a couple of months in a "treatment facility" on Coridan Prime. Diagnosis, Mental Process Self-Assignment and Dissociative Disorder. In standard, that simply means that my various mental processes became self-aware, so I suffered a mental break with multiple-personalities. All of which was caused by a Mental Process Series which never really settled out. (For more on the Coridan Mental Process see here) They'd always been unstable and the mental model finally just collapsed.
I'm all better now. ;)
After treatment and a clean bill of health from the Coridan Ministry of Mental Healthy, Starfleet accepted me back in to service. My new Mental Process Series included a few additions which led Starfleet to believe I might be better suited for Intel duty. So after a little retraining...it didn't take much since I already had the background...I was reassigned to the Discovery.
Had an interesting trip back to the DQ aboard the Coridan Crusier Tra'Grenal, seems they have an experimental drive based on some of my Quantum Resonance Theories, but that's all hush-hush at the moment.
We arrived at Starbase Phoenix last night and myself and a few new recruits are supposed to embark back to Discovery aboard her new baby ship the Corsair later today. Sitting here enjoying a nice cup of coffee at one of Phoenix's bistros at the moment. I miss starbase duty, but it's back to the ship for me. From what I hear, we're heading into unexplored territory so it should be an adventure.
